4. Leads & Exclusivity

Rank-and-rent websites and leads provided through them may be exclusive to a single business in a given service area.

The Company reserves the right to reassign or resell leads if payment obligations are not met.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, websites, graphics, and marketing materials created by Rank Pilot remain the property of the Company unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or revenue. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms of the service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

8. Governing Law
